    About the Course

    This course is designed for the individuals above 50 who wants to improve their knowledge in Basic Nutrition. Through lectures and interactive activities, common nutrition myths will be debunked and they will be given the opportunity to explore and learn nutrition label reading. This will equip the participants with knowledge to choose nutritious food in everyday life.

  • Course schedule (conducting days & time)

    Course date: 1/10/19 & 8/10/19 (Registration opens on 3/6/19 and closes on 16/8/19)

     2 X 0.5 days Course / 8 hours

    Time: 1300 to 1700hr

    Venue will be at Toa Payoh Library.
