This course aims to provide participants with an introduction to the current trends and various e-platforms that are used to improve productivity in the food manufacturing industry, ranging from automation in processing to inventory management. New technologies and skills used in the food industry will also be discussed.
This course is open to all interested individual who wants to deepen or broaden their skills and knowledge in this area.
