    About the Course

    SGUS Programme in Service Experience Design and Innovation aims to develop participants through a thought process with User-Centric Design approach to create innovative and encompassing solutions for the organisation and businesses. Participants will gain a deep understanding of Service Experience Design, an emerging area of discipline that generates well thought out experiences through a holistic and systematic approach.

    Participants will also learn about cross-disciplinary practice employing various skills in design, ethnography research, behavioural insights, experience mapping, business innovation, service marketing, communications and project management. This would enable the individual to widen his or her job scope horizontally across the various departments within the organisation or company.

  • Target Participants

    • This course is suitable for  University or Polytechnic graduates aspiring to build a career in the Service Design industry.
    • In-employment participants that are currently working in the service oriented industry or those in leadership or management roles.
    • PMET aiming to reskill and starting new careers as Service Designers or Experience Designers.

  • Admission Requirements

    • A relevant Polytechnic Diploma in design disciplines. Preference will be given to applicants with the relevant work experience.
    • Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:

    (i)   Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
    (ii)  Supporting evidence of competency readiness.

  • Course Fees and Funding

    Nett Course Fee payable for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (incl GST): $500.00

    Applicants may use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the Nett Course Fee.
