  • SGUS PROGRAMME IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (SGUS BMC9)

    About the Course

    The SGUS Programme in Human Resource Management aims to deepen the HR related knowledge and strategic HR competencies of participants and equip them with the skills for career development in the field of Human Resource Management.

    This SGUS programme consists of:
    • Post Diploma Certificate in HR & Talent Management (4 modules)
    • Post Diploma Certificate in Performance & Compensation Management (4 modules)
    • Effective Business Writing Skills module
    • Data Visualisation for Business module
    • Spreadsheet Applications module

    Participants will receive a Post-Diploma Certificate upon successful completion of each Post Diploma Certificate and will be conferred a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Management upon obtaining the two Post-Diploma Certificates.

    • HR professionals who would like to enhance their employability, capabilities and market value.

  • Admission Requirements

    •A diploma from a local polytechnic or degree with minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
    •Holders of other equivalent academic qualification from foreign institutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

    Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:

    Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
    Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
    Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may be invited for an/a interview and/or proficiency test.  The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.

  • Course schedule (conducting days & time)

    Course duration is from 12 Oct 2020 to 11 Apr 2021 and classes are conducted on Tuesdays & Thursdays (Full day)

  • Course Fees and Funding

    Nett Course Fee payable for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (incl GST): $500.00

    Applicants may use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the Nett Course Fee.
