    About the Course

    The SGUS Programme in Business Practice - Customer Relationship & Service Management will equip you with the right skillset to manage and improve customer journey and business performance.

  • Target Participants

    The programme is suitable for:

    • Executive and corporate support staff handling administrative and support functions, and who want to enhance their employability, capabilities and market value through a formal qualification to move up to the next level of their career path.
    • Technical support staff working in service sectors who wish to obtain the “breadth” in business operations so as to enhance their employability and capabilities within the organisation.

  • Admission Requirements

    Applicants with any of the following qualifications are invited to apply for the course:
    •Minimum of 3 GCE “O” level credits, including English & Mathematics and at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
    • NITEC with GPA ≥ 3.5 and a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience;
    •Higher NITEC and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience;
    •NITEC In Technology / Services with GPA ≥ 3.5 and a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
    •Higher NITEC In Technology /Services and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
    •Relevant WSQ Diploma qualification or equivalents, a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience and Workplace Literary & Numeracy (WPLN) at level ≥ 6.

    Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

    Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:

    Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
    Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
    Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may be invited for an/a interview and/or proficiency test.  The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.

  • Course schedule (conducting days & time)

    Course duration is from 19 Oct 2020 to 18 Apr 2021 and classes are conducted on Mondays & Wednesdays (Full day)

  • Course Fees and Funding

    Nett Course Fee payable for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (incl GST): $500.00 

    Applicants may use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the Nett Course Fee.
