About the Course

Throughout the 4 days of facilitated activities, you will discover, define, develop and deliver meaningful ways to present your product and services that make sense in today’s market and meet with your organisation objectives. At the end of the programme, you will able to harness your internal expertise, bringing a competitive advantage to your business and elevate your brand experience. The programme will guide you through the principles of Service Design thinking and doing, fostering and building relationship between your internal and external stakeholders through a more humanistic design approach.
