About the Course

This course is designed for the individuals above 50 who wants to improve their knowledge in Basic Nutrition. Through lectures and interactive activities, common nutrition myths will be debunked and they will be given the opportunity to explore and learn nutrition label reading. This will equip the participants with knowledge to choose nutritious food in everyday life.

  • Course schedule (conducting days & time)

    Course date: 20 Dec 2021 / Registration opens on 7 Oct 2021 and closes on 1 Dec 2021 / 1-day course / 7 hours / Time: 0900hrs to 1700hrs / Lesson will be conducted online via Zoom. Lesson will be conducted in Mandarin.
