    About the Course

    This course aims to provide participants with the opportunity to experience the setting up of a 100 litre fermenter using baker’s yeast. Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of fermentation and bioreactor operations and will be shown how to optimise the fermentation process using specialised software.

    Course dates: 14/9/19 and 21/9/19 (Registration opens on 3/6/19 and closes on 16/8/19)

    2-day course / 14 hours

    Time: 0900hrs to 1700hrs
