This course aims to provide participants with the opportunity to experience the setting up of a 100 litre fermenter using baker’s yeast. Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of fermentation and bioreactor operations and will be shown how to optimise the fermentation process using specialised software.
This course is open to all interested individual who wants to deepen or broaden their skills and knowledge in this area.
