About the Course

    This course aims to provide participants with a practical understanding of how to securely implement contactless payments in Singapore. Participants will be exposed to different payment systems, like PayNow and eNETS, as well as apps which utilise them in real work settings. Participants will also learn how e-Payment solutions can be applied to seamlessly manage core business processes and enhance customer experience.

    Trainer Profiles:

    Tristan Lim

    Lecturer, Banking & Finance

    Tristan has experience spanning the private and public sector, in the areas of investment management, corporate finance, venture capital and technology advisory. Tristan holds postgraduate degrees in Quantitative Finance and Engineering from The University of Sydney and National University of Singapore, and he is a CFA and CAIA charter holder. Tristan is also a member of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI).

    Hooi Mun Hon

    Senior Vice President, UOB

    With over 13 years in the Financial Services industry, Mun Hon is a seasoned professional in the field. He is currently a Telecommunications, Media and Technology industry banker in United Overseas Bank, and has extensive experience in the area of corporate and transaction banking advisory to corporate clients across the region. Prior to that, he headed Strategic Alliances and Fintech in UOB and drove the Group's strategy in forging key partnerships and investments in the Fintech and Digital ecosystem.

    Mun Hon graduated on the Dean's List for his Master of Business Administration from Singapore Management University and received his Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technology University.
