    This course shows you how HR data can be used to derive objective insights that can help you make informed and calculated people-decisions in your organization to achieve success. You will be exposed to tools used in the area of HR-analytics and data modelling.

    Trainer Profile:

    Wileen Siow, Lecturer

    Wileen has experience spanning the public and private sector across various HR functions. Her experience lies in conducting employee data analytics and visualisation using Excel and Tableau. She holds a degree in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University.

    1. Assess for Difference Between Means of Employee Groups using ANOVA
    2. Predict Changes in HR Outcomes Using Multiple Regression Analysis
    3. Create and Test Data Models for HR-decision making

    HR Executives and Managers seeking to deepen or broaden their skills and knowledge in this area. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.
