    About the Course

    This course is designed for anyone with little or no knowledge in using a smartphone. At the end of the course, you will be able to handle essential functions of a smartphone. You will learn how to search, install and use apps to communicate. The awareness of cybersecurity on smartphones will also be covered.

  • Course Outline

    1. Understanding the various components of smartphone and be able to handle the basic functions of a smartphone

    2. How to install and remove Apps

    3. Data Usage and Security Awareness

    4. Usage of common applications and functions shown below in daily work or home

    a. Search for information within the phone and the Internet

    b. Use Facebook and WhatsApp to stay in touch with family members or friends

    c. Perform online banking and purchase transactions
